Don’t limit yourself to manual email when communicating with your employees. There are several ways to reach out to all of your employees in regards to their benefits. Here are just a few of them:
- Email Broadcast: You can send general emails to your employees through the Email Broadcast feature in your Company Communication icon.
- New Hire Email: You can decide if you want automatic or manual emails to be sent to your newest employees. Either way you decide, the employee’s history file is updated and a copy of the email is saved in the employee’s File Cabinet.
- Login Statistics Email: You can narrow your audience by their enrollment completion status by clicking on the Login Statistics pie chart under the Administration Dashboard. A specialized email broadcast will appear where you can email those who have an incomplete login status, a complete login status, or logged in but never completed their enrollment walkthrough.
