3 Ways to Easily Communicate with Your Employees

Don’t limit yourself to manual email when communicating with your employees.  There are several ways to reach out to all of your employees in regards to their benefits.  Here are just a few of them:

  1. Email Broadcast: You can send general emails to your employees through the Email Broadcast feature in your Company Communication icon.
  2. New Hire Email:  You can decide if you want automatic or manual emails to be sent to your newest employees.  Either way you decide, the employee’s history file is updated and a copy of the email is saved in the employee’s File Cabinet.
  3. Login Statistics Email:  You can narrow your audience by their enrollment completion status by clicking on the Login Statistics pie chart under the Administration Dashboard.  A specialized email broadcast will appear where you can email those who have an incomplete login status, a complete login status, or logged in but never completed their enrollment walkthrough.
