Course Pre-Requisite:

The HUBster Orientation training course must be completed within the last 12 months prior to attending the Campus Life training.

Course Description:
Campus Life training course will review and practice the day to day scenarios that a HUBster user would be approached with throughout the plan year.  Benefits Technology will provide guidance of how to handle these situations in THEbenefitsHUB.  Also discussed during this training course will be different tools and enhancements that can beneficial when administers these day to day practices.

Learning Objectives/Outcomes:
Upon completion of the course, the HUB user should be able to:

  1. To provide a deeper understanding of employee administration in THEbenefitsHUB.
  2. To discuss Qualifying Events and change of status of employees, spouses, and dependents including election changes.
  3. To introduce THEbenefitsHUB’s discrepancy reporting function called the Ineligible Member Notification System (IMNS).
  4. To produce one report with THEbenefitsHUB’s Quick Reports.
