Daily Tip #15: Help! My Employee Cannot Login!

Have you ever had an employee that wasn’t able to login into THEbenefitsHUB no matter what you’ve tried? If you have experienced this, then check out the employee’s Status page. From there determine if there is a date in the “System Access Expiration Date” field. If there is a date, then the employee cannot login even if they are marked with an Active status. This is due to this field acting as an extra layer of security, but if you clear out the date your employee should be able to login.
