It’s that time of the year, Open Enrollment! And as much as we want all of our employees to login on that first day and walk-through their online enrollment sometimes, they don’t always get around to it. So, THEbenefitsHUB has made it easier for you to view all of your employees’ login statuses utilizing the Login Statistic Quick Report. Here you will be able to customize your report to include the following and much more:

○ Employees’ date of employment
○ Login status: incomplete/complete
○ Last page in accessed by the employee
○ Last benefit page accessed

How to Compare Benefits Easily

Have you ever needed to compare an employee’s elections from one date to the next date? What if you needed to compare all of your employees from one date to another date? Well, THEbenefitsHUB has a quick solution for you called the Plan Election Comparison. This Quick Report allows you to easily report on various employee demographics and compare one to even all elections built in your company from one date to the next. This may assist you to determine changes mid year, changes from one plan year to the next, and review qualifying events.

Reporting on Payroll Deductions

Did you know that you can easily report on your employees’ payroll deductions? If you do not utilize one of THEbenefitsHUB payroll reports, you can run our Standard Payroll report. In this report, you will be able to view:

  • The employee’s identifier
  • The benefit
  • The payroll deduction code
  • The cost
  • A comparison of changes from the last payroll run

4 Quick Report Tricks To Making Reporting Even Easier

Although Quick Reports may be effortless, here are a few more tricks to make your reporting life a little easier:

  • If you ever need more clarification on a reporting field, hover your mouse over the name of the field and a brief description will appear.
  • You can save your report settings with an easy to use saving configuration.
  • You may review your employees’ deduction amounts by calculating the premiums by pay frequency.
  • If you accidently delete a report off your computer, we save all reports ran in your Report History.

Discovering Which Employees Haven’t Completed Their Benefit Walkthroughs

There are many ways to determine if an employee has completed their benefit walkthrough in THEbenefitsHUB. One easy way to determine all employees’ login statuses is with the Login Statistics report which is located in the Quick Reports section under the Company Reporting icon. Here you will be able to pull various information in regards to the employees which include:

  • Employee Demographics
  • Employee Eligibility Fields
  • Employee Login Status
  • Employee Payroll Information

Who’s Not Enrolled in Medical?

Do you need to know who is not enrolled in your company’s Medical benefit?  We have a report to help you with that.  It’s called the Monthly Billing report under the Quick Reports section of the Company Reporting icon.  This report has the ability to show you who is enrolled in Medical and who is not enrolled in Medical.  If that’s not enough, this report can also identify who has a Medical Declination in THEbenefitsHUB.  Other additional fields can be added to this report including:

  • Employee Demographics
  • Employee Eligibility Fields
  • Employee Login Status
  • Employee Payroll Information
