The Division link under the Personal Information icon is where you can make changes to an employee’s division. For example, if an employee relocates from the elementary school to the high school, or perhaps from an office in one city to the office in another city, they will need their division updated. The link has been marked in red in the image below for the purposes of this article.
Clicking on this link will lead you to a page containing the Current Division dropdown menu. From here, you can select the new division before entering the effective date of the change. Hit Save at the bottom of the page to update the selection.
Be sure to note that the top of the page contains a reminder that if there is any eligibility tied to a division, you may need to elect or terminate benefits according to your company’s eligibility.
