Did you know that whenever you enter in a test employee into THEbenefitsHUB you must enter their last name as Test, their Social Security Number must be less than 100 {for example: 000-00-0077}, and they must be marked as a test employee. If you follow these three rules these test employees will not show up on your exports and bills. If you forget one or all of the rules, your carriers will receive the employees information, if your company is setup for the export feature.
So, just remember if you are creating a testing scenario in THEbenefitsHUB, you must follow the test employee rules, and notify your Account Representative when you are done so they may delete your test employee.
