UPDATE! MFA Expansion
After receiving an overwhelming positive response from employee users, we will be rolling out MFA for admin and system users. Moving forward, this will also help simplify things for the rest of our users by lessening the prevalence of locked accounts.
To avoid exposed passwords at your desk, users utilizing THEbenefitsHUB username and password as authentication will need to complete multi-factor authentication every 30 days. Additionally, password requirements are revised and must include:
- 12 characters
- 1 UPPERCASE character
- 1 number
- 1 special character (cannot use the following & ? # = + \ /)
- We will be implementing a rule where when a password is changed, users cannot reuse last 3 passwords.
Note: We will do a one-time force password reset for all users to ensure that passwords are up to the new security standards.
NEW! Acknowledgments
We’ve updated the look, feel, and functionality of the Acknowledgments pages. Administrators will be able to find the new page under the Administration Dashboard Icon. One big change is that there are now two options for the type of Acknowledgment used: Basic Acknowledgment or Consent/Decline. We hope these help streamline your administration efforts! In addition to this, we’ve also added the ability for formatting the acknowledgment text including adding in direct links and other various text effects. Take a look below to see what we’ve changed!
Note: For current employees, they will not have to re-acknowledge any acknowledgments already completed. Instead, they will only see the new Acknowledgment page if there is a new Acknowledgment for them or an edit to an existing one that is within your company.
COMING SOON! Employee Profile Page
We’ll soon be merging several of the employee profile pages as well as updating their look and feel. Our hope with these updates is that we continue improving the system for our all of our users. Stay tuned for more information and a sneak peek of what is in store!
