Introduction

After adding their Dependent Information (if any) into THEbenefitsHUB, the next step in the Employee walkthrough is for the employee to elect into their chosen benefits. The employee will be presented with a Benefit Election Page for each available benefit type they are eligible for.

On each Benefit Election Page, they will choose which plan and coverage they want to elect into. For benefit types that have them as available options, they can also choose if they want to add some or all of their dependents to the benefit or choose to waive the benefit type.
