Introduction

The Company Directory feature allows you and your employees to search for employee’s profile and contact information within THEbenefitsHUB. Both you and your employees can enter this information via the Directory link under the Profile Information icon on the Employee Menu, as shown in the image below. You can click the hotspot icon () to see the page where this information is entered.

You can also use the button in the top right corner of the image to open it in fullscreen. Press the Escape key on your keyboard to exit fullscreen.

Accessing the Company Directory

Employees can access the complete company directory through the Company Directory link under the Company Communication icon on their Employee Menu. You can click the hotspot icon () to see an example of how this page and an employee’s directory page will appear to your company’s employees.
