Introduction

The EDI/File Viewer is another way to view the exports for your company in a simplistic list.

How to Find the EDI/File Viewer

Starting out at the Company Menu, navigate to the Administration Dashboard, and select the header “Administrative Tools.”  Here you will find the EDI/File Viewer in this list as shown in the image below.

Once you click on this link, you will find a list of all exports currently active for your company. You can click each of the hotspot icons on the image () to learn more about some of the fields on this page.

File History

When selecting a specific export, the File History page will display similar to the image below. You can click each of the hotspot icons on the image () to learn more about some of the fields on this page.
