Introduction

The Employee Handbook page allows you to upload and/or build your company’s employee handbook directly into THEbenefitsHUB, where it will be accessible to your employees 24/7. This feature is located under the Company Communication icon on your Administration Menu. It has been marked in red in the image below for the purposes of this article.

Employee Handbook Page

If you do not currently have an employee handbook uploaded or built into the system, your company’s Employee Handbook page will look like the image below. From here, you can choose to upload an existing Employee Handbook document from your computer or build one into THEbenefitsHUB using the Employee Handbook Wizard.

Managing Uploaded Employee Handbooks

Once you have uploaded and/or built an employee handbook into THEbenefitsHUB, your Employee Handbook page will give you options to manage your files and online handbook.

Managing the Online Employee Handbook

After using the Employee Handbook Wizard to build your online employee handbook, you can edit its sections, page text, and page order using the link to manage the online handbook shown in the image above.
