History File

Introduction

The History File within an employee’s profile allows you to view what has occurred within this employee’s THEbenefitsHUB record.

How to Find the History File

You must search for an employee, click on Personal Information, and you will find the History File link here as shown below.

History File

You can narrow your search by Date Span, Selecting Users, and Member Type.  You can also decide how many records will display on the page.

Once you have determined your search parameters, click Search.

Search Results

The image below shows the History File page. You can click each of the hotspot icons on the image () to learn more about the tools available to you on this page.

Additionally, you will be see the employee’s walk-through, elections, waives, and even when they were entered into the system.
