Login Page (Administrator)
Introduction
Your company’s THEbenefitsHUB Login Page is where the journey into THEbenefitsHUB begins for both you, as an administrator, and for your company’s employees!
How Do I Get My Administrator Login?
Once you have completed your THEbenefitsHUB training, you will be emailed your administrator username and initial password, along with the URL for your company’s Login Page, and will be able to log in.

THEbenefitsHUB Login Page
The image below shows the login page for our training company, BrightPassage. You can click the two hotspot icons on the image (
) to learn more about logging in to THEbenefitsHUB as an administrator.
You can also use the button in the top right corner of the image to open it in fullscreen. Press the Escape key on your keyboard to exit fullscreen.
Pro-Tips
- Please use the recommended browsers (Chrome or Firefox) and make sure your browsers are always up to date.
- Never open multiple tabs of THEbenefitsHUB - Browser tabs read off of each other and you could accidentally overwrite data having multiple browser tabs open.
- Make sure you always click the Logout button in the top right corner of THEbenefitsHUB rather than just closing your browser. This will cause you to be "locked out of the system" and you will then need to contact your Account Representative or Implementer so that you can be kicked out.
