Introduction

The Login Statistics (graphic tool) helps you pull stats on your company in relation to their enrollments and logins.  Additionally this is where you can determine who is currently logged in and help them when they are locked out of the system.

How to Find the Login Statistics

To locate the Login Statistics you will start out at the Company Menu and click Administration Dashboard.  Then select the header, Administrative Tools, and you will find the Login Statistics.

There are three sections to the Login Statistics page including:

• Enrollment Statistics: This graph will let you know who has completed their online enrollment, who has not completed, and who started but didn’t quite finish.
• Session History: This data will identify how many users have logged into THEbenefitsHUB for any given date.
• User Locks: This section will show you who is currently logged into THEbenefitsHUB.
