News & Bulletins

Introduction

The News & Bulletins link can be found under the Company Communication icon in your Administration Menu. It has been marked in red in the image below for the purposes of this article.

 

News & Bulletins Page

This page allows you to upload documents and post announcements and notices that are pertinent to your employees. The main News & Bulletins page shows all of the announcements posted by the admins at your company. Here, you can edit or delete existing announcements as well as create new ones.

The image below shows the News & Bulletins page for our training company, BrightPassage. You can click the hotspot icons () to learn more about the contents of this page, as well as creating/editing your own announcements.

You can also use the button in the top right corner of the image to open it in fullscreen. Press the Escape key on your keyboard to exit fullscreen.

 

Employee View

Employees can access the bulletins you post through their News & Bulletins link on their Employee Menu. This will automatically show them the most recently posted announcement, though they can use the dropdown and search function to view older announcements.
