Carrier BillingStandard ReportsProvides per-plan design information of the number of enrolled people, the current rate, and the total plan cost. For Health-type benefits, counts and totals are provided for each enrolled tier level. For age-rates benefits, counts and totals are provided for each age bracket.
Please note: the total plan costs are not being calculated on the report itself. The enrolled employee counts, current rates and total plan costs are pulled directly from the database and then totaled separately. In case of a faulty enrollment record (for example, due to a cost being uploaded incorrectly), the volumes and totals may not be the mathematical derivatives of each other.
