Introduction

When it comes to THExpressHUB, there are a few terms that you should know about for easy navigation, and a better overall understanding of its various parts. In this article, we’ll be looking at a few of those basic terms and pages that you will be frequently using in THExpressHUB. Most of these pages will be located directly under THExpressHUB icon, as shown below (the pages have been marked in red for the purposes of this article).

Exchange

An exchange is an organized market or center that is manually built within THEbenefitsHUB. It offers companies various benefit types from a personalized “menu of benefits”. On this page, you can submit a new company request in addition to seeing which of the five phases your new company is in in the implementation process, as shown below. 

At A Glance

The At A Glance page is where you can track the progress of your companies in the exchange. Here, you can track:

• The phase in which the company is in currently
• The date the company was created
• Who created the company
• When the company was last updated
• Who last updated the company

As you can see in the image below of the At A Glance page of our test exchange, Training-Brightpassage, there are a number of companies within the exchange in varying phases.

New Company Request

The New Company Request is the first step in implementing a new company through THExpressHUB. On this page, you are able to easily compile all of the necessary information required for your new company. This includes:

• Identification information
• Company address
• Contact information
• Broker information
• Client website information
• Enrollment information
• Demographic information
• Plan information
• Documents
• Additional information

To locate this page, navigate to the exchange page under THExpressHUB icon and click ‘Request New Company’, as shown below (the page has been marked in red for the purposes of this article).

Exchange Summary

The Exchange Summary page gives you the ability to see every aspect of every plan available to your company. For each plan, you can see General Information, Coverage Information, Rates, and Eligibility Information, among other fields. If you are associated to multiple exchanges, this page also contains a dropdown menu that lets you easily navigate to other exchanges in order to view their menu of benefits. 

In the image below of the Exchange Summary page of our test exchange, Training-Brightpassage, you can see that the Basic Life plan offered by Global Insurance has been selected in order to view its details. Above the plans, you can also see the ‘Select Exchange’ dropdown menu that allows you to navigate to other exchanges you are associated to.
