What Is THEbenefitsHUB?

THEbenefitsHUB is an online benefit enrollment and administration system designed to simplify your company’s enrollments. Here at THEbenefitsHUB, we have a diverse number of users and companies that utilize our system. Many of our clients are in the education field such as school districts, cooperatives, and universities. However, we do have many other types of companies that include the private sector, cities, police & fire departments, and even carriers.

What Can You Expect?

As an administrator utilizing THEbenefitsHUB, the Training Team here at allsynx is always available to you should you have any training questions. Once you have completed the training course for THEbenefitsHUB, you will be assigned to a Benefits Technology team. This team comprises of:

  • An Account Representative
  • An Implementation Technician
  • A Quality Assurance Specialist
  • A Carrier Communications Specialist
  • A Quality Control Specialist

This team is available to you throughout the week should you have any questions about THEbenefitsHUB. Bear in mind that their hours of availability are as follows:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:00-5:30 CST
  • Friday: 8:00-2:00 CST

In addition to the teams available for you, you will also be hearing from us via email from time to time regarding releases and system maintenance updates. To stay up to date on these important notices, do not accidentally unsubscribe from our emails. Don’t worry, we’ll never spam you!
