Do you manage your company’s Evidence of Insurability? If so, by clicking on the Evidence of Insurability link under the Employee Administration icon, a list of individuals who have exceeded the maximum approved coverage for the plan they have elected will display below. You have the ability to:
- Approve coverage
- Deny coverage
- Partially approve coverage
Also, if employees do not turn in their Evidence of Insurability forms, you may easily email one or all pending employees a reminder email This reminder email will stamp in the employee’s history with confirmation of who sent the email, what email address it was sent to, and the coverage information.

Reminder: If your broker manages your employees’ Evidence of Insurability and a change needs to occur, please make sure that you contact your broker before making any updates.
