Introduction

The E-mail Archive allows you to view past e-mails that you have sent to employees through THEbenefitsHUB. This feature can be found under the Company Communication icon on your Administration Menu.

E-mail Archive

The E-mail Archive page lists all of the e-mails that were sent from the system by you or any team member in your office, along with the date each e-mail was sent. To view the e-mail, you can click on the subject.

This will bring up a page containing the subject, the date sent, and the message itself. If you know that you are going to send the same message multiple times, you could copy this message information and use it in the E-mail Broadcast feature.

You can also use the button in the top right corner of the image to open it in fullscreen. Press the Escape key on your keyboard to exit fullscreen.
