Employee Menu

Employees can log into THEbenefitsHUB at any time, regardless of whether it is their Open Enrollment period or not. When they log into their account, they are presented with the Employee Menu, which contains the four following icons:

  • Personal Information
  • Dependent Information
  • Benefit Plan Information
  • Company Communication

The image below shows how the Employee Menu appears for our test employee, Benny HUBster. Note that the links shown under each icon in the image below may be more or less than the links you see in your view of THEbenefitsHUB, depending on what features are turned on for your company. If you are interested in learning more about any additional links, please contact your Account Representative.

You can click the hotspot icons on the image () to learn more about each link on this page.

You can also use the button in the top right corner of the image to open it in fullscreen. Press the Escape key on your keyboard to exit fullscreen.

You may note that the Employee Menu contains significantly less information than the Administration Menu that you have access to. Since employees will see only information pertaining to them and their benefits, their menu is naturally more limited.
