After employees complete the Beneficiaries page, they will be directed to the Enrollment Preparation Page. This page gives THEbenefitsHUB the ability to continue an employee’s benefits to the new plan year without any extra work. 

• New hires will be directed to this page as they complete their New Hire Enrollment, just before they arrive at the Consolidated Enrollment Form. Below is an example of what new hires will see on this page.

• Returning employees will only see this page at the beginning of their Open Enrollment walkthrough as a reminder of their previously elected benefits. To save time, they do have the ability to simply re-elect the same benefits again.

On the Enrollment Preparation Page, employees will see their elected benefits, as well as the benefits they need to review during their Open Enrollment walkthrough. See below:
