Levels of Access

Article Content

Introduction

When it comes to THEbenefitsHUB, not everyone has the same level of access to certain tools and features. In addition, the site URL for THEbenefitsHUB may look different depending on who is logging in. Let’s take a look at the different levels of access for our various users.

1. Employees

The employee level is the employee’s login for the system. This is where they will update their demographic information, enroll in benefits, and search for any enrollment history. The employee will only have access to their information and no one else’s.

Employee site URL: web.auth.thebenefitshub.com/exampleISD (this portion of the URL will be unique to your company and will be provided to you during the implementation process)

2. Administrator

The administrator level will be the access you have after completing THEbenefitsHUB training. Administrators have access to all of their employees and their information. In addition, they have the ability to complete certain actions such as Qualifying Events, organizing outgoing system-generated communications, as well as the ability to run many different types of reports, among other features.

Administrator site URL: web.auth.thebenefitshub.com/exampleISD (this portion of the URL will be unique to your company and will be provided to you during the implementation process)

3. Broker

The broker login will provide brokers with access to all of their clients in the THEbenefitsHUB.

Broker site URL: web.auth.thebenefitshub.com/admin (note that this login will not work for employees or administrators)

4. System Users

System users are allsynx staff who have access to all companies built in the system, plan build information, contingencies, and eligibilities. Although system users have more access when it comes to the build of the plans, their access is exactly the same when it comes to employee administration.

System users’ site URL: web.auth.thebenefitshub.com/admin (note that this login will not work for employees or administrators)
