Login Page Features

There are several important features on the login page for employees, including:

• Company logo – this helps ensure employees (and Administrators) are in the right place to log in
• Login Help Videos – in both English and Spanish, to help employees determine their username and password and log in for the first time
• Username and Password directions – directions for employees to determine their username and initial password
• Enrollment Instructions – a PDF guide for employees on using THEbenefitsHUB
• Forgot Username or Password link – for employees to recover their login information, if they have forgotten it
