How to Contact allsynx

Contacting allsynx or your broker is an easy process that can be completed from any page of THEbenefitsHUB. To do so, simply click on the ‘Need Help?’ link on the top right corner of the page. As this link is part of the site header, it will remain visible no matter which page you are on.

 

How to Use the ‘Need Help?’ Link

When you click the ‘Need Help?’ link, a popup will appear, as shown below. There is some information on this page that will be pre-populated with your information, and it is up to you to fill in each of the remaining fields. This page is accessible to both employees and administrators to utilize if they need extra assistance. Note that all fields are bolded, which means that they must be filled out.

You can click each of the hotspot icons () on the image below to learn more about each of the fields found in the popup window. You can also use the button in the top right corner of the image to open it in fullscreen. Press the Escape key on your keyboard to exit fullscreen.
