Introduction

Before you can submit a company and its offered benefits through THExpressHUB, you will need to prepare some files and gather the information and documents which you will enter and/or upload.

Each section below includes the information you will need to gather.

Company Information

The graphic below shows the information you will need on the company itself. Each item here builds information into the company on THEbenefitsHUB. This information will be entered into the Company Information page (page 1) of the New Company Request pages on THExpressHUB.

Employee Information

You will also need to gather information on each of the company’s employees, and prepare an Excel file to upload on the Company Information page. You can download the template for this file directly from the Company Information Page, as shown in the image below (Note that yellow highlighting has been added for emphasis)

This file contains three pages – you will add information on each of the company’s employees to the Demographics page, referring to the Instructions page and Sample Demographics page as needed.

You can click the hotspot icons on the image () to learn more about how to complete this document and the information on each employee you will need to gather. You will also be able to see how each field on this file matches up to fields in THEbenefitsHUB, using the Employee Administration pages of our favorite training employee, Benny HUBster.

Benefits Information

Finally, you will also need to gather information (and potentially electronic copies of documents) for each of the benefits your company will be offering. This information will be entered on the Plans page (page 2) of the New Company Request pages on THExpressHUB, while any necessary documents will be uploaded on the Documents page (page 3).
