Qualifying Life Event Requests – Administrator View

Article Content

Introduction

The Qualifying Life Event Request feature is a communication tool designed to simplify the way you manage your employees’ Qualifying Life Event requests by centralizing the requests, communication, and benefit elections all in one central location: THEbenefitsHUB! By allowing employees to use this feature to easily communicate their Qualifying Life Event requests to you, the process of adding, updating, or terminating employee elections is made that much easier and organized for you. This article is designed to help familiarize you with how you as the company administrator can view and act upon employees’ Qualifying Life Event requests as needed.

If you are interested in learning more about how Qualifying Life Event settings can be configured or how employees can submit a Qualifying Life Event request, see the links below for articles on each of these actions.
