Configuring Qualifying Life Event Settings

Article Content

Introduction

The Qualifying Life Event Request feature is a communication tool designed to simplify the way you manage your employees’ Qualifying Life Event requests by centralizing the requests, communication, and benefit elections all in one central location: THEbenefitsHUB! By allowing employees to use this feature to easily communicate their Qualifying Life Event requests to you, the process of adding, updating, or terminating employee elections is made that much easier and organized for you. This article is designed to help familiarize you with how to set up and configure the Qualifying Life Event settings your employees will see as they complete their requests. Once configured, you as the company administrator can then manage and communicate on the requests you receive from your employees.

If you are interested in learning more about how employees can submit a Qualifying Life Event request or how you can view submitted requests, see the links below for articles on each of these actions.
