Submitting a Company Through THExpressHUB

Introduction

This article will present a step-by-step guide to submitting a company through THExpressHUB.

To begin a company submission, click THExpressHUB icon from your THEbenefitsHUB system menu, then select the Exchange. This will take you to the Dashboard Page for the Exchange. From there, click the Request New Company button to begin building, as shown in the image below.

Note that any companies currently going through implementation on this Exchange will be visible in their current phase on the Summary Page.

Page 1 – Company Information Page

The image below shows the Company Information Page for a new company request in our training exchange, BrightPassage. This page will look the same for all exchanges on THExpressHUB. You can click the hotspot icons on the image () to learn more about completing this page with the information for the company you are submitting.

After completing this page and moving on to the next pages in the new company request, you can still return to the Company Information page and make edits, should you need to.

Page 2 – Plans Page

After entering the company information, you will then need to build plans for your company. For more information on building plans, see the article Building Benefits in THExpressHUB and the various specific benefit type Building Benefits articles in The Learning Lab.

Page 3 – Documents Page

Once your plans are built into the company, it’s time to start uploading the various documents you have collected associated with those plans. These may include Plan Summaries, Rate Sheets, Claim Forms, Certificates, Policies, Evidence of Insurability forms, and other documents as needed.

The image below shows the Documents Page for a new company request in our training exchange, BrightPassage. This page will look the same for all exchanges on THExpressHUB, though the products available in the Product drop-down menu will depend on both the exchange and which benefits you built into your company. You can click the hotspot icons on the image () to learn more about completing this page.

Page 4 – Additional Information Page

The final page in the new company request will contain additional questions related specifically to the exchange and partnered carriers you are using. These questions may include entering group or policy numbers for any of the partnered carriers you are using, ACA reporting needs, and more.

The image below shows the Additional Information page for our training exchange, BrightPassage. This is presented only to give you an idea of what the page may look like for the exchange you are using, as the questions for each exchange may be different. Remember that you must complete any fields that are bolded, and only need to complete unbolded fields if they apply to the company and benefits you are submitting.

Once you have completed the necessary fields on this page, click the Submit button to submit your company request and move your company on to Phase 2!
