If one of your employees notifies you that they have gotten married, you can easily add their Spouse or Domestic Partner to benefits through a Qualifying Event in THEbenefitsHUB within the designated time frame. How, you may ask? Well, just follow the three steps to process a Qualifying Event.
- Edit the employee/dependent record
- Edit the benefits
- Document the changes
