Employee Eligibility Report

Introduction

The Employee Eligibility Report is your best friend when troubleshooting why an employee isn’t see a benefit.  This tool will show you exactly which benefits the employee is eligible for and not eligible for in THEbenefitsHUB.

How to Find the Employee Eligibility Report

You can find this tool within an employee’s record.  You will first search for an employee, click on Benefit Plan Information icon and select the link, Employee Eligibility Report as shown here.

Employee Eligibility Report

When you come to the Employee Eligibility Report, you will have the following search parameters to narrow down your report. The image below shows the Employee Eligibility Report for the training company, BrightPassage You can click each of the hotspot icons on the image () to learn more about the tools available to you on this page.

Once you make your selections you can view which benefits the employee is eligible for, which benefits they are not eligible for, and why they are not eligible.
