How to Encourage Your Employees to Complete their Open Enrollment

There are many ways to reach out to your employees through THEbenefitsHUB, but what about reaching out to employees based on whether they have completed their open enrollment?  You can definitely do that under your Administration Dashboard.  By reviewing your company’s Enrollment Statistics in your Login Statistics page.  Once clicking on the pie chart, you will be able to send an email straight out of the system to one or all of the following:

  • Those who have completed their enrollment
  • Those who have not logged into THEbenefitsHUB
  • Those who logged into THEbenefitsHUB, but didn’t actually complete their enrollment walk through
