Did you know if your employees aren’t able to view a benefit, you can find out why? If you run the Employee Eligibility Report under your employee’s Benefit Plan Information icon, you will be able to view:

  • Plans the employee is eligibile for
  • Plans the employee is not eligible for
  • Open Enrollment plans the employee is eligible or not eligible for
  • The reason why the employee is not eligible for a plan

To learn more about the Employee Eligibility Report, you may visit the Training Guide located under your Administration Dashboard or contact your Account Representative.
