Did you know if your employees aren’t able to view a benefit, you can find out why? If you run the Employee Eligibility Report under your employee’s Benefit Plan Information icon, you will be able to view:
- Plans the employee is eligibile for
- Plans the employee is not eligible for
- Open Enrollment plans the employee is eligible or not eligible for
- The reason why the employee is not eligible for a plan
