Manual New Hire Email

Introduction
If your company uses the New Hire Email feature and you can send a manual New Hire Email for any employee who has an email address in THEbenefitsHUB. Before sending a New Hire Email make sure you have the New Hire Email Settings configured for your company.
How to Find the Manual New Hire Email Tool
In order to send a manual New Hire Email, you will first search for the employee, click the Personal Information, and you will find the link called, “New Hire Email” as shown in the image below.

In order to send a New Hire Email, click Send

You will receive a confirmation message at the top of the screen after clicking Send.

When the email is sent, you can also review the employee’s History File where you confirm the process is complete.
